Essential Personnel is a not-for-profit organisation providing services and supports to individuals with disability in the Perth Metro and Wheatbelt Regions of Western Australia.

We deliver services to over 800 individuals with disability; including Disability Employment Services, where we work closely with individuals and employers to find the right meaningful employment for the individual, and Lifestyle Services, where we provide a wide range of supports for individuals to assist them to live the life they choose.
Essential Personnel was established in 1989 in response to an identified gap in services to people with disability in remote and regional areas. Our first office was established in the Central Wheatbelt of Western Australia and has since expanded to Perth Metropolitan as well as regional Wheatbelt areas.

We provide a free specialist recruitment solution for employers who have an inclusive approach to employment and are willing to employ individuals with disabilities.
We assist individuals to engage, gain and maintain the employment or training of their choice, according to their diverse range of skills and abilities.
We forge strong relationships with our customers and the business community, providing a flexible service that meets the requirements of employers and employees.
Our experienced Employment Consultants work closely with employers to understand their business needs and match the right employee to the right workplace, as well as providing ongoing employer and co-worker training and support.
Lifestyle Services provide a wide range of supports for individuals to assist them to live the life they choose.
Essential Personnel also has a team of Support Coordinators, who assist customers with navigating and implementing their NDIS plan.
