CVR Crushing Equipment was established in 1993 and is a privately owned Australian company. Our extensive workshop is located in Bayswater industrial area.

Directors have drawn on their 55 years of experience in the processing, mining and mechanical fabrication industries to design and fabricate a whole series of impact crushers. We also manufacture in-house a wide variety of spare parts for crushing equipment items.

We also specialise in general engineering, fabrication and machining. With our variety of equipment and qualified personnel we can manufacture those small precision type components right through to machining or fabricating large items for your project.

Spare Parts

We supply the general crushing and mining industry with spare parts for all types of jaw crushers, cone crushers, ball and hammer mills, screening units, conveyors, feeders, mobile and fixed crushing units. We also supply a huge quantity of conveyor pulleys (lagged and non-lagged) to the crushing and mining Industries.

General Engineering

We supply the domestic industry with a large selection of machines and sub-assemblies along with pins, bushes, shafts, bearing housings, pump repairs, replacement wear parts, hydraulic cylinders as well as repairs and maintenance to all facets of equipment. Mobile and fixed machinery repairs carried out to customer's specifications. We have approximately 2,000sq metres under-roof in separate fabrication and machining workshops.

General Fabrication Capabilities:

Full fabrication and boiler maker capabilities able of handling individual works up to 10 tonne each. We also perform submerged arc welding, standard profile cutting, plasma cutting and laser cutting.

General Machining Capabilities:

We are able to handle standard turning projects up to 5.2m in length at a diameter of 1,250mm, along with those minor projects on our smaller machines.We have are a range of CNC machines including lathes and machining centres that are capable of operating 24 hours a day. Our machining workshop also contains horizontal and vertical milling machines, a 2.5m vertical borer, radial arm drills, surface grinding machines, manual lathes.
